This is in addition to the regular vaccinations that are offered to certain units on a voluntary basis. The additional vaccinations are issued on the basis of <em>first-come, first serve<\/em>. The vaccination takes about five minutes, plus a subsequent waiting time of a quarter of an hour. The vaccinations are open to all soldiers and civilians in the armed forces.
