Levin<\/span> to her future element at Bath Iron Works. It was quietly docked in the Kennebec River, a good 100 kilometres north of Boston. The 9300-tonne destroyer is now being fitted out ready to soon become the 70th ship in the <span style=\"font-variant: small-caps;\">Arleigh-Burke<\/span>-class of the Navy. Construction of the ship began in February 2019.<br \/>\nThe <span style=\"font-variant: small-caps;\">Carl M. Levin<\/span>is part of Flight IIA and will have SM-2 and Tomahawk missiles in 96 VLS containers as its main armament.
