Together we made it - thank you!<\/p>\n
On Monday, 28 June, the Extraordinary General Meeting was successfully concluded by circulation. After doubting a fortnight ago that we would achieve the required 50% responses, we received another significant boost in feedback from you by letter and email last week.<\/p>\n
At the end of the process, we have over 55% of votes with well over 90% in favour of the individual resolution items. A detailed evaluation is currently being carried out. This means that the actions of the Executive Board for the 2019 and 2020 financial years have been approved and the 2021 budget proposal and the amendments to the Articles of Association have been authorised by the members.<\/p>\n
We are now looking ahead and are justifiably hoping for an in-person event on 8 and 9 October, at which we will focus on the personnel elections at an ordinary general meeting. After a very long time, the window is finally opening again for a \"Rees an Backbord\" - a real pleasure.<\/p>\n
I would like to thank you on behalf of the entire Executive Board for the trust you have placed in us in these extraordinary times.<\/p>\n
