The ceremony in Severodvinsk will be conducted by the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Admiral Nikolai Yevmenov. The <span style=\"font-variant: small-caps;\">Krasnoyarsk<\/span> is a boat of the <span style=\"font-variant: small-caps;\">Jasen<\/span> -M-class (Project 885M) is categorised by the Russians as an underwater missile cruiser. As the third boat of the <span style=\"font-variant: small-caps;\">Jasen<\/span>-She was laid down in 2014. The submarines, which displace 8,600 tonnes and are 130 metres long, are powered by a pressurised water reactor. In addition to ten torpedo tubes with a diameter of 533 millimetres, the armament includes eight vertical launchers for cruise missiles of the Oniks or Kalibr type.
