The Swedish defence company will supply new radar equipment, fire control systems and command and weapon deployment systems and integrate them on the ships. Work is due to begin this year and is expected to continue until 2030 for the four units.<br \/>\nThe order is worth around 450 million euros. Saab is acting as general contractor. The shipbuilding work will be carried out by the Abeking &amp; Rasmussen shipyard, while Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH (ESG) is responsible for the logistics. The Combat Management System 9LV will be installed on the frigates. The Sea Giraffe 4A and Sea Giraffe 1X radars were selected as sensors.
