Guests at the Sevmash shipyard on this occasion included the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Admiral Nikolai Antoliyevich Evmenov, and the Governor of the Arkhangelsk region, Alexander Tsybulsky. The submarine was first pulled out of the construction hall at a speed of around one metre per minute. Ivan Artyushin, captain 2nd rank and commander of the <span style=\"font-variant: small-caps;\">Krasnoyarsk<\/span>, smashed a bottle of Crimean champagne against the rudder of the new warship on the way. She is the third boat of the <span style=\"font-variant: small-caps;\">Jasen<\/span>-class and was laid down in 2014. The submarines, which displace 8,600 tonnes and are 130 metres long, are powered by a pressurised water reactor. In addition to ten torpedo tubes with a diameter of 533 millimetres, eight vertical launchers for cruise missiles of the Oniks or Kalibr type are available.
