Much of it is fiction, because the ink on the planning papers and design sketches of the DGA and the Naval Group is not even on paper yet, let alone dry! The video took a while to gain a small following in the navy, which then recommended the film to the admiral's staff in Paris, who promptly recognised its potential and helped steer it a little.
