Russia had sent a letter to the Swedish government asking it to investigate the gas leak. This came after Sweden rejected Russia's repeated demands for more transparency.<\/p>\n<p class=\"textstyledtext-sc-14jlruk-0\">\"In Sweden, investigations are confidential,\" Andersson said at a press conference on board a Swedish Coast Guard vessel in Karlskrona, southern Sweden. She added that in her country, investigations are confidential.<\/p>\n<p class=\"textstyledtext-sc-14jlruk-0\">According to Andersson, the Swedish authorities have no information that Russia has carried out investigations in the area. Following the leaks, the Swedish security police launched an investigation in the Baltic Sea.
