The construction of an LNG terminal is planned there. The two mine countermeasure units will search the seabed to determine the absence of explosive ordnance. The units of the 3rd mine detection squadron and the sea battalion mine divers on board are specially equipped and trained for this task. By detecting contaminated sites, they will make a contribution to energy security in Germany for the German Navy.<\/p>\n
<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-24466\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/deu-mm-Minenjagdboot-Bad-Bevensen-einl-Warnem-bwmarcel_kroencke22-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"530\" height=\"353\" srcset=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/deu-mm-Minenjagdboot-Bad-Bevensen-einl-Warnem-bwmarcel_kroencke22-300x200.jpg 300w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/deu-mm-Minenjagdboot-Bad-Bevensen-einl-Warnem-bwmarcel_kroencke22-1024x683.jpg 1024w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/deu-mm-Minenjagdboot-Bad-Bevensen-einl-Warnem-bwmarcel_kroencke22-768x512.jpg 768w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/deu-mm-Minenjagdboot-Bad-Bevensen-einl-Warnem-bwmarcel_kroencke22-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/deu-mm-Minenjagdboot-Bad-Bevensen-einl-Warnem-bwmarcel_kroencke22-1080x720.jpg 1080w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/deu-mm-Minenjagdboot-Bad-Bevensen-einl-Warnem-bwmarcel_kroencke22-750x500.jpg 750w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/deu-mm-Minenjagdboot-Bad-Bevensen-einl-Warnem-bwmarcel_kroencke22-1140x760.jpg 1140w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/deu-mm-Minenjagdboot-Bad-Bevensen-einl-Warnem-bwmarcel_kroencke22.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 530px) 100vw, 530px\" \/>
Minehunting boat Bad Bevensen entering Warnem\u00fcnde.
