Resilient. Sustainable. Graphic: Federal Government<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Long awaited<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apart from the fact that the bodies concerned with Germany's national security have been calling for such a basic paper for decades, e.g. for the Bundeswehr's White Paper or its concept, a start has now been made! A start because no decision has been taken on a committee at the highest level to coordinate and set tactics. At least it has finally been possible to commit four key ministries to a harmonised text.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Not quite round yet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The answer to the question of who wears the hat for this complex topic has been a bit of a struggle. Compromises on a low-threshold level - but every round wheel once started with many corners!
