Anyone who sees the landing craft in Kiel often knows that this landing exercise is a special event. Almost a \"back to the future\", being fully loaded again. Until now, the last German landing craft was mostly seen as a platform for Kiel Week, training support and special tasks. This is as new as it was once taken for granted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why is this worth reporting?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Well, the boat (we reported) is looking forward to its planned decommissioning in the near future. It is the last of its kind and continues to fight against oblivion.
