It can be recognised by the red flag prominently displayed in the tower of the INS Drakon. The first shipyard test runs could therefore start in July, once the hustle and bustle of the upcoming Kiel Week is over. The current berth of the INS Drakon, which is prominently visible to everyone in Kiel's inner fjord, is likely to result in increased surveillance efforts by the state security services in light of the current situation.
