The drone is designed for autonomous use and is to be used in future as a so-called "Loyal Wingman"operate together with manned fighter jets.

Following successful flight tests in 2023 - including in the USA - the US Air Force and the US Navy has expressed interest in the MQ-28. In the future, the stealth drone could even be used by deployed from aircraft carriers become.

The centrepiece of the Ghost Bat is a specially developed, AI-supported control systemwhich enables fully autonomous flying.
