So far, the 87 metre long ship only carries the <strong data-start=\"389\" data-end=\"408\">Fuselage number 502<\/strong>; an official name has not yet been given. The naming ceremony is not expected to take place until the ship is handed over to the navy - once the technical verification and functional tests have been completed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"1159\">The new OPV is considered <strong data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"644\">Type ship<\/strong>which could be followed by others - depending on future decisions by the Kingdom of Morocco. The construction is based on the slightly larger <strong data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"803\">Avante 3000<\/strong> (97 metres), better known as <strong data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"853\">Meteoro class<\/strong>of which six units have already been built for the Spanish Armada as <strong data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"923\">BAM<\/strong> (Buque de Acci\u00f3n Mar\u00edtima) were delivered.
