The kingdom's latest National Security Strategy \"Security for the British People in a Dangerous World\" mentions the archipelago off the southern tip of Argentina in connection with vulnerable sea areas such as the Red Sea, the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Taiwan - and incidentally also the Strait of Gibraltar. This deeply displeases the Argentinian soul and causes the media to lament the \"illegal occupation of the Malvinas\" every year since 1833. Despite this, Argentinian President Javier Milei is extremely moderate towards the British involvement off his coast - his construction sites are located in and around Buenos Aires. However, in order to guarantee a certain level of security in the Falklands through presence and maintenance, London has justified naval warfare and financial resources in a strategy paper, which will be significant in the long term. In military terms, the guard boat \"HMS Forth\" (River class, 2nd batch, 90 metres, 2,000 tonnes) and parts of a paratrooper regiment are stationed to patrol the archipelago on a permanent basis and are occasionally reinforced by the visit of an A400M.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Auf den Falkland-Inseln ist noch nicht alles gut!
