As announced by TKMS in a press release, TKMS and CAE signed a cooperation agreement on 4 March 2026 to jointly develop training, simulation and maintenance solutions for the Canadian Submarine Programme (CPSP). <\/strong><\/p>\n

The partnership creates a structured framework for training measures, modern simulation systems, digital and physical training infrastructure and long-term support services.<\/p>\n

CAE will contribute its long-standing expertise in simulation, digital learning and curriculum development, while TKMS will contribute its operational experience and global customer base. The goal is to build a comprehensive training ecosystem that strengthens the Royal Canadian Navy's operational readiness and improves the lifecycle management of the future submarine fleet.<\/p>\n

The agreement also opens up opportunities for further international cooperation in the area of training and simulation solutions. Both companies are thus reaffirming their commitment to high-quality, sustainable support for the Canadian submarine programme and the promotion of local economic value creation.<\/p>\n
