D. <strong>Hans-Harro St\u00fcben (C X\/39)<\/strong> and conveyed the congratulations of the Naval Officers' Association. Captain St\u00fcben was both delighted and honoured by our visit.<\/p>\n<p>Although the jubilarian has only moved into the assisted living centre at Wilhelmshaven town hall a few weeks ago, he feels extremely comfortable in his flat and confirmed with a mischievous smile that the house is of course very well run because it is in the hands of a woman! Obviously, the jubilarian continues to cultivate a large circle of acquaintances and friends, including our member FKpt. a.D. Wolfgang Laude (C 1\/56).<\/p>\n<p>Together with his son, Professor Uwe St\u00fcben, who had travelled from Bad Homburg, we exchanged memories and toasted the jubilarian's health with a glass of champagne.
