They are on board a ship that left the port of Rotterdam a few days ago. As mfo already reported, the Dutch military supported the transport as part of Host Nation Support. With success, as the operation was carried out quickly and without any major problems.<br \/>\nThe US unit is returning after nine months in Eastern Europe. It was part of the troop reinforcement that the United States decided to deploy in response to Russia's annexation of Crimea in 2014. The US soldiers trained together with their Nato partners at their temporary deployment locations.<br \/>\nDutch troops supported the transfer in a variety of ways. The army planned and coordinated the transport. Reservists and a group of divers from the navy guarded the equipment to be shipped in the harbour of Rotterdam.
