Boeing relies on ESG and Lufthansa Technik for P-8A

The Bundeswehr's decision to procure the P-8A from Boeing has been a long time coming. Now the first co-operations are already forming. Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH (ESG) and Lufthansa Technik have signed a memorandum of understanding with the Americans to examine opportunities for co-operation in the areas of system integration, training, maintenance and overhaul. The billion-euro loss

The Bonhomme Richard was not the first US Navy ship to fall victim to the flames. Has the navy learnt anything from the incident? The amphibious warship USS Bonhomme Richard was formally decommissioned in April. Holland in the Caribbean

Another of the country's warships is now travelling in the sea area around the Netherlands Antilles. HNLMS Holland was welcomed with 21 gun salutes from Fort Krommelijn on Curacao. Im Marinehafen Den Helder hat am Nachmittag bei grauem Himmel die Fregatte Evertsen abgelegt, um sich auf den Weg in Richtung Englischer Kanal zu machen. Dort wird sie sich als niederländischer Beitrag der UK Carrier Strike Group anschließen.
