"Gorch Fock" - an anchor as a symbol of solidarity

A stock anchor from the barque has now been moored in front of the state government's guest house for 40 years and symbolises the solidarity of the state parliament with the crew and the German Navy's sail training ship. The Schleswig-Holstein parliament had taken over the sponsorship of the tall ship three years earlier on 26 January 1982. kdk, ndr Watch video Anchor and shroud at Landtag 2023.
