Kieler Woche: Follow-up Russian activities

Ende letzter Woche waren direkt vor der Haustür der Kieler Bucht im Fehmarnbelt erneut ungewöhnliche Bewegungen der russischen Marine bzw. russischen Staatsschiffe zu beobachten. Am 22. Juni 2024 hat der russische Öltanker (RFS) "Yaz" zusammen mit der Steregushiy-Klasse Korvette RFS "Stoikiy" den Fehmarnbelt in Richtung St. Petersburg passiert. Zuvor hatte die Korvette aus Richtung des Marinestützpunktes Baltiysk kommend am 19.06.2024 die Dänischen Meerengen in Richtung Norden passiert. Anzunehmen war, dass die RFS "Stoikiy" zum Schutz des zum diesem Zeitpunkt im Anlauf auf den Skagerrak befindlichen Öltanker RFS "Yaz" entsandt war.
