Notwendiger Exkurs: Bundeshaushalt Am 16. März 2022 hat die Bundesregierung den Haushalt für das Jahr 2022 verabschiedet sowie die Eckwerte für 2023 und den Finanzplan bis 2026 beschlossen. Einhundert Milliarden Euro sollen in ein sogenanntes Sondervermögen zur Ausrüstung der Bundeswehr fließen. Die dafür nötige Grundgesetzänderung wurde vom Kabinett ebenfalls auf den Weg gebracht. Der Bundeshaushalt fällt 2022 mit 457,6 Milliarden Euro geringer aus als der des Vorjahres. Pandemie-bedingt erreichte er den Rekordwert von 556,6 Milliarden Euro.
