Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft has been one of Flensburg's major employers for 150 years. The Robbe & Berking Museum is dedicating a large exhibition to this anniversary until 18 September. Historical and current exhibits from the shipyard's history take visitors on a fascinating journey through time, reflecting both the pioneering spirit of the founders and the technical expertise of today's engineers.
During his visit to the exhibition, Minister President Daniel Günther conveyed the state government's congratulations on the shipyard's anniversary: "Schleswig-Holstein shares a tradition with Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft. It can look back on a long and eventful history. Congratulations on this impressive anniversary," said Günther in the presence of Simone Lange, Mayor of the City of Flensburg.
