DNV: New honorary member and new board

The German Nautical Association (DNV) has announced the following personnel news following this year's virtual Annual Members' Meeting on 17 February 2022: Captain Matthias Imrecke is elected as a further Deputy Chairman. Captain Matthias Imrecke is a recognised expert in shipping circles and has been an active member of the Nautical Association of Hamburg for many years. He is a member of the DNV's Standing Technical Committee and most recently successfully headed the "Maritime Expertise" task force there.
