Ladies and gentlemen, dear MOV members, together we did it - thank you! On Monday, 28 June, the Extraordinary General Meeting was successfully concluded by circulation. After doubting a fortnight ago that we would achieve the required 50% responses, we received another significant boost in feedback from you by letter and email last week. At the end of the process, we have received over 55% of votes with well over 90% in favour of the individual resolution points. A detailed evaluation is currently underway. Dear MOV members, we are now halfway through the circular vote phase and are entering the decisive phase. We have now received feedback from 36.4% of our members and are therefore still a long way from the minimum 50% we need for the resolutions to be valid. Expressed in figures: We have written to around 2,950 members with voting rights, 50% means 1475 necessary responses. We have just 1,076. 1,874 of our members have not yet responded!
