Dinner for two! A British and a German officer call for more participation in the dialogue.
The publication of the declaration of intent by the Inspector of the Navy, Vice Admiral Jan C. Kaack, sparked a discussion between two officers. With the intention of promoting the exchange of opinions and "forcing" young officers into public dialogue, they are making a start by writing down this discussion and hope that many will follow.

The interview or article by Thomas McPhail and Baroslav Jesko von Puttkamer speaks to me from the heart, especially as I know Thomas from his time at DeuMarFor and hold him in high regard.
I think such a discourse should be supported in all regions.
That's why I'm going to initiate this to organise such a panel discussion in our region of Munich, for example at the BwUni in Munich, to promote this discourse with the young students at the university.
