Dinner for two! A British and a German officer call for more participation in the dialogue.
The publication of the declaration of intent by the Inspector of the Navy, Vice Admiral Jan C. Kaack, sparked a discussion between two officers. With the intention of promoting the exchange of opinions and "forcing" young officers into public dialogue, they are making a start by writing down this discussion and hope that many will follow.
