No naval vessel today is without Gyro compass on the move. Developed the navigation aid was developed by Herrmann Anschütz-Kaempfe, the namesake of the Kiel-based company.
The red Anschütz logo is familiar to all seafarers and those with professional or private ties to the sea. You immediately think of the gyrocompass, of course.
