On 1 June 2024, Björn Schlüter (36) took over the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ABEKING & RASMUSSEN Schiffs- und Yachtwerft (A&R) in Lemwerder. Björn Schlüter has many years of management experience in shipbuilding and was most recently Head of Construction at the Fr. Fassmer shipyard. In the future management duo, the current CEO Matthias Hellmann (53) will take over as Chairman of the Management Board.
