NATO in the Mediterranean: Joint naval manoeuvre "Dynamic Mariner" and "Mavi Balina"

In view of the war in Ukraine, NATO's Allied Maritime Command (MARCOM, Northwood, UK) has this year combined the NATO manoeuvre "Dynamic Mariner" with the Turkish Navy's manoeuvre "Mavi Balina 22" to form a major multinational manoeuvre that will take place in the eastern Mediterranean from 11 to 18 September. MAN Diesel for the frigate 126

Damen relies on "made in Germany" As the Dutch company announced at the SMM in Hamburg, the propulsion diesel engines for the German Navy's new frigate class 126 are to be supplied by MAN Energy Solutions. The delivery comprises 8 MAN 32/44CR propulsion engines, two for each of the four frigates ordered. There is an option for two more frigates, i.e. four more engines for MAN to build. Boss Hoss meets naval aviators: with horsepower on land and in the air

The loud roar of the engines, the smell of fuel and rubber in the air. And people who can't stop marvelling. What sounds like a normal day at the naval air base was this time thanks to the enthusiasts of the American Boss Hoss motorbikes. Almost 35 of these V8 machines were also guests of the Naval Air Command on 3 September as part of a motorbike meeting in Nordholz.
