Welcome to your new home, Stalwart!
After travelling halfway around the globe, the new supply vessel NUSHIP Stalwart has arrived in its new home in Australia for the first time. At the end of May, the Stalwart left Ferrol in Spain, where it had been built at the Navantia shipyard. The future Royal Australian Navy ship will be stationed on the country's west coast in Perth. The Stalwart (A 304), which has not yet been commissioned, is the second and last supply ship of the Supply class. The units are 174 metres long and displace 19,500 tonnes.
