Es ist ein - offensichtlich offiziell willkommenes - Selfie aus dem Cockpit eines U-2 Aufklärungsflugzeuges beim Überflug des chinesischen Ballons. Aufklärung Gemacht wurde es bereits zu Anfang der Überquerung des nordamerikanischen Kontinents, als man mit entsprechend höhentauglichen Flugzeugen das Objekt auf 18.200 Metern (60.000 Fuß) aufklärte. Until 27 February, Chinese, Russian and South African naval units will be holding a rendezvous on the east coast of South Africa in the sea area between Durban and the border with Mozambique.
