German Federal Council President visits general contractor for the F126 naval armaments project

Naval fuel supply vessel class 707: Construction begins on second tanker

From a press release by the NVL Group The second naval supply vessel (MBV 707) for the German Navy was launched at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg on 29 February 2024 in the presence of naval representatives and project participants. The new military supply vessels will replace the existing RHÖN-class units in the future with the sister ship that was laid down in the middle of last year. Netherlands: Maintenance contract for three support vessels

The Department of Material Maintenance (DMI) of the Dutch Ministry of Defence has signed a five-year contract with the Kinderdijk-based shipyard group Royal IHC in September 2023 to carry out dock-related maintenance work on the two hydrographic survey vessels HNLMS "Snellius" (A802) and HNLMS "Luymes" (A803) and the submarine support and torpedo work vessel HNLMS "Mercuur" (A900).
