The crude oil tanker LUCIA (approx. 107,000 tonnes, Palau flag) was unloaded off the Mediterranean coast of North Africa after lying in the roadstead for four months. The approximately 100,000 tonnes of Urals crude oil, which was originally loaded in the Russian Baltic port of Ust-Luga (west of St. Petersburg), was taken over by the Vietnamese-flagged TIBURON (approx. 110,000 tonnes).
