Annual press conference of the German shipbuilding and offshore supply industry

The VDMA (German Engineering Federation) Marine Equipment and Systems division answered questions from the press at the Hafen-Klub Hamburg. Nicaragua - Construction stop for rival canal

The previous project operator Hong Kong Nicaragua Canal Development Investment (HKND) has had its concession for construction and licence for operation withdrawn by the Nicaraguan National Assembly following an amendment to the law. Minister visits Eckernförde

Troop visit by the Minister of Defence On Friday, 19 July 2024, the Federal Minister of Defence, Boris Pistorius, will once again visit the Eckernförde naval base. Sea King : End of an era!

The long farewell to the Sea King Mk41 multi-role transport helicopter Tomorrow, Thursday 18 July 2024, a media event will take place at the naval air base in Nordholz. The first plans to procure the helicopters for the German Navy began in 1964.
