Change of state representation on the board of the Maritime Cluster Northern Germany (MCN): Andreas Richter, Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg Ministry of Economics and Innovation, is succeeded by Dr Niels Kämpny from the Lower Saxony Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour, Transport and Digitalisation. This means that Lower Saxony will take over the annually rotating representation of the five coastal federal states on the MCN e.
