South China Sea - a Chinese own goal after many fouls!

If you really want to know how brutally China is using its navy and coast guard against Philippine patrol boats and supply units in waters that are rightfully theirs (Spratly Islands, Scarborough Reef), then watch this video!

The pincer attack by the Chinese coast guard boat CCG 3104 (ex-corvette Jiangdao class, type 056, 89 metres, 1,300 tonnes) and the destroyer "Gulin" (# 164, Luyang III class, type 052D, 157 metres, 7,500 tonnes) was aimed at the Philippine guard boat "Suluan" (Parola class, 44 metres, 280 tonnes) - and got completely out of hand! CCG 3104 probably wanted to "drown" the engines of the "Suluan" with the water jet directed at the fan shafts and render it unroadworthy - but the "Suluan" can skilfully outmanoeuvre it - until the destroyer comes in between. No more words!
