Approximately 29 nations, 40 ships, 3 submarines, 14 national land forces, over 150 aircraft and helicopters and more than 25,000 servicemen and women will participate in the biennial Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) exercise, which will take place in and around the Hawaiian Islands from 26 June to 2 August.
After two years, the German Navy is returning to the Indo-Pacific. Together with the German Air Force, it will take international cooperation in the region to a new level.
