  1. It is high time that Germany followed suit and adapted the constitutional basis of its armed forces to the threats of the 21st century. If the navy can already operate in peacetime in a similar way to the Netherlands, this is neither a threat to democracy nor an approximation to Nazi conditions! Article 87a of the Basic Law is the work of man, and what people have decided, people can change. Do it at last!
