This ensures the continuous operational readiness of the boats.
The HMS-12M sonar is a hull-mounted three-frequency sonar, as the abbreviation "HMS" indicates. It is used for the comprehensive search for sea mines in the water column and on the seabed and is already being used by Finland (Katanpää class), Sweden (Koster class) and the Al-Hasbah class. The Al-Hasbah class of the United Arab Emirates consists of two class 332 minesweepers, namely the ex "Weiden" and the ex "Frankenthal".
