Sensor carrier „Saildrone“ now also with FK armament

The „Saildrone“, previously known as an endurance-capable and transoceanically operating sensor carrier, is now being equipped with a deadly missile armament: Lockheed Martin wants to integrate an FK launch silo on a slightly enlarged Saildrone. Further details on the weapon system remain under wraps for the time being. Development is underway - construction is scheduled to begin before the end of the first quarter of 2026.
