All 15 Bundeswehr "Armed Forces Day 2021" events with an audience on 12 June have been cancelled
The troupe normally presents itself at various locations throughout Germany. Berlin, Brandenburg an der Havel, Dornstadt, Eckernförde, Hohn, Idar-Oberstein, Leipzig, Munich, Munster, Neubrandenburg, Neuburg an der Donau, Stetten am kalten Markt, Storkow, Warendorf, Wilhelmshaven and Zweibrücken were planned.
The "Tag der Bundeswehr" information can be found on a dedicated website: https://www.bundeswehr.de/de/aktuelles/veranstaltungen-bundeswehr/tdbw-2021-tag-der-bundeswehr-2672804
The Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support and the German Navy show that the Bundeswehr is also actively involved in research. "Welcome curiosity" - the motto of the Bundeswehr's TdBw Day - is the motto on board a Class 212A submarine and the research vessel Planet for a research trip.
Anyone interested in finding out about the issues and challenges facing Bundeswehr soldiers on foreign deployments can also take an exclusive look behind the scenes at the digital TdBw. There will be live broadcasts from the German deployment contingents in Afghanistan and Lithuania. The Minister of Defence, the Inspector General of the Bundeswehr and the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Armed Forces are expected to attend as VIP guests.
Next year, the troupe will once again present itself live and "hands-on" on site.
