Given its small size, the Armada Bolivariana de Venezuela is keen to find any unit that can be maintained: the "Victoria" (PC-16), a British 37-metre missile speedboat built by Vosper Thornycroft (now Babcock), which has been in service for 50 years, has just completed its 12-month shipyard overhaul in Puerto Cabello and has been put back in the water. The obsolete Otomat FCs are no longer on board - they would only be decoration. The paint job is immaculate, but the dented outer skin bears witness to the boat's eventful history!
