From a Bundeswehr press release:
Last Sunday, the Bremen Homeland Security Company actively supported the one-day vaccination campaign of the Hanse Medical Specialist Centre at Bremen-Mitte Hospital as part of its administrative assistance.
Reservists help with vaccinations
Ten soldiers from the reserve unit of the Bremen State Command helped with registration, check-in/check-out and general process organisation and contributed to the fact that 1200 vaccine doses could be vaccinated within a few hours. The head of the Bremen Homeland Security Company, Captain Victor von der Decken, summarised the mission as follows: "The homeland security forces have sent out a clear signal. They are ready when they are needed in Bremen." Von der Decken explains that many more than the ten comrades who were ultimately deployed had declared their willingness to support the vaccination campaign. "The consistently positive feedback we received gives us a good feeling of appreciation."
