As spectacular as it may look in the news broadcasts, the "ships" hit by the Ukrainian missile strike are merely the 25-tonne displacement P-boats of the Raptor class (project 03160) launched in 2015. Ten of these 17 boats are assigned to the Black Sea Fleet. Although they are only manned by two marines and are less than 14 metres long, they can accelerate to almost 50 knots.
