Minehunting boat "Bad Bevensen" back under NATO flag

From a press release by Rostock Naval Command: Today, Tuesday 11 July 2023, the minehunting boat "Bad Bevensen" (M 1063) left its home port of Kiel. The boat, which belongs to the 3rd Minehunting Squadron, will be the German contribution to one of NATO's permanent mine defence units for the next few months. The boat and crew are therefore also part of the Very High Readiness Joint Task Force Maritime (VJTF (M)) for the North and Baltic Seas. Under the command of Corvette Captain Kevin Linken (36), the crew of the "Bad Bevensen" will head towards the eastern Baltic Sea. The first ports of call will be Rönne/Bornholm (Denmark) and Visby on Gotland (Sweden)....

Running team Bundeswehr and Reservists becomes e.V. !

Following the successful foundation of the association in 2021, the Bundeswehr and Reservists running team is now pleased to announce the official registration of the association and its recognition as a non-profit organisation. The association was founded on 29 November 2021 and has seen a steady increase in members and supporters since then.
