At the beginning of the month, the ship was in Neustädter Bucht at the Marine Damage Prevention Training Centre (EAZS M) in Neustadt in Holstein and, after completing the training measures, the frigate moved to the sea area between Puttgarden and Roedby and, together with an operational ship of the German Federal Police Sea, shadowed the Russian corvette RFS Stavropol (PN 555), which had been loitering there for days and was looping around the tunnel construction site. The HDMS Iver Huitfeldt had previously taken part in the multinational maritime manoeuvre Mjølner 2026 in northern Norway, which has now ended.
