The EU Commission has authorised the shipping company's participation in the Jade Weser Port in Wilhelmshaven. HAPAG-LLOYD intends to acquire a 30% stake in Container Terminal Wilhelmshaven (CTW) and a 50 % stake in Rail Terminal Wilhelmshaven (RTW). The remaining shares are to be held by the terminal operator EUROGATE.
