The Dutch are faster again: Dutch battery system supplier EST-Floattech has delivered three 273kWh units for the new electrically powered patrol boats to Amsterdam. There, the police will patrol the canals in an environmentally friendly way.
These are the Patrol Vessels 1304 built by Damen, with two more boats currently under construction.
EST-Floattech supplied the complete package of Green Orca batteries, battery management systems and battery control units, all of its own design.
