Today the corvette "Braunschweig" returned from of the UNIFIL mission (United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon). She was welcomed by the Lord Mayor of the Hanseatic and University City of Rostock, Claus Ruhe Madsen (49).

With music byMarius Müller-Westernhagen "I'm here again" and a home pennant returned the "Braunschweig" with its 60-strong crew under the command of Corvette Captain Pascal Störk.

The task of the blue helmet soldiers was to the Lebanese coast the lake area and to monitor a possible to prevent arms smuggling on the ground.
