The crude oil tanker LUCIA (approx. 107,000 tonnes, flagged Palau) was unloaded off the Mediterranean coast of North Africa after lying in the roadstead for four months. The approximately 100,000 tonnes of Urals crude oil, which were originally loaded in the Russian Baltic port of Ust-Luga (west of St. Petersburg), were taken over by the Vietnamese-flagged TIBURON (approx. 110,000 tonnes).
